Refund and Redo Policy

Overview

Business Headshots uses a review-first flow. Paid individual packages generate the full photo set for the selected package, show watermarked previews first, and unlock HD downloads and exports after you confirm the result set you want to use.

This policy explains how confirmation, the included redo, and refund review work.

Review Before Download

Before HD downloads unlock, you can review the generated photo options with watermarked previews. The review step is designed so you can make a decision after seeing the complete generated set, not just a single preview image.

Confirmed HD downloads and export presets do not include the Business Headshots preview watermark.

When you confirm a result set:

• that set becomes the final accepted set for the project;
• HD downloads and export presets unlock for the accepted set;
• the confirmation timestamp and related project metadata may be retained for support, fraud prevention, refund review, and compliance.

Included Redo

Paid individual packages include one structured redo for serious quality issues or a clear mismatch with the style direction you selected.

Examples of issues that may qualify for a redo include:

• severe face distortion or unnatural identity changes;
• glasses, hair, skin tone, or other identity details that are clearly wrong;
• more than half of the generated photos being unusable;
• background or outfit direction clearly not matching the selected style.

When you request a redo, we may ask you to choose the reason and provide a short note. This helps us decide whether the next run should use clearer source photos, the saved style setup, or manual support review.

Each paid individual project includes one free redo. If a redo is used, older candidate results may remain visible for comparison, but only one result set can be confirmed and unlocked for final delivery.

Refund Review

Because AI image generation has real processing costs, refunds are reviewed based on whether the delivered result set contains any headshots suitable for professional use, not on a general preference change after delivery.

A refund request is more likely to be considered when:

• the generated set has no profile-worthy result suitable for professional use;
• you have not confirmed a result set for HD download;
• you contacted support with enough detail for us to review the project.

A refund request may be limited or declined when:

• a result set has already been confirmed and HD downloads or exports were unlocked;
• the request is based only on wanting a different aesthetic after a usable set was delivered;
• the project violates our Terms, upload requirements, or acceptable-use rules.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under applicable law.

How to Contact Us

If you believe your result set has a serious quality issue, contact us with your account email, project name, and a short description of the issue. We may review the source-photo set, selected style, generated previews, confirmation state, and redo history.
