These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Business Headshots, including our website, protected workspace, AI headshot generation workflows, editing tools, exports, and related services.

AI-generated results may not be unique. Similar or overlapping results may be generated for other users. We do not guarantee that any output will be free of third-party claims, and you are responsible for evaluating whether your intended use is lawful.
If an output includes branded items, logos, uniforms, venue marks, product trade dress, or other third-party identifiers, you are responsible for determining whether your use of that output infringes any trademark, copyright, publicity, or other third-party right. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use third-party brands, logos, or likenesses outside the rights you already have.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, reproduce, and modify your uploaded content and generated outputs only as reasonably necessary to:

We do not use customer uploads or generated outputs to train our own general-purpose AI models.
